Livia Givoni is the founder and owner of Dimensions 3D. As a builder for more than 23 years, Livia is clear about her values -- "when it comes to building, I will never compromise on quality; I just won't cut corners. My essence is to build homes for people, not just houses. I strive to deliver the highest quality at a fair price. There is no detail too small that doesn't get my attention, particularly in areas that often go unseen. After all, my name goes on these homes." Livia has delivered a wide range of projects, from large, custom-built luxury homes to modest condominiums with high-end finishes, home additions to complete renovations. 

 

As one of only a few female licensed general contractors and builders in Massachusetts, Livia has a unique perspective and has succeeded by listening and partnering. Again, in her own words, "I create relationships with people whether they are clients, subcontractors, vendors, designers, engineers, or town planners. I have worked at every level of building projects and understand how it all needs to come together cohesively. With the continuously changing codes, technologies, trends, and materials, I rely heavily on the individuals with the expertise and knowledge in their field to assist me in making the dream a reality without missing any crucial details. Every single detail needs to come together. I have extraordinary relationships with my subcontractors and vendors; who - instead of working for me, they are partners on my team. I have worked with many of these craftspeople through first and now second generations in multiple trades. As for the clients, I am still in contact with many families that occupy the homes I have built or the renovations I completed for them; the friendships persist long after the builder's warranty.

 

Before her career in building, Livia worked as a senior executive and global project manager for one of the world's largest, most demanding, family-owned multi-national corporations. In addition, she is a musician, is heavily involved with volunteering in a variety of areas several, and is active in dog rescue, rehabilitation, and training.
